:The International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) is the largest teacher-based, nonprofit organization in the field of educational technology. Its mission is to help K-12 classroom teachers and administrators share effective methods for enhancing student learning through the use of new classroom technologies. ISTE publications focus on teaching about computers, educational software, teacher education, and the effect of computers on the curriculum. ISTE Projects & Reports bring current and past research findings from the educational technology field. Derived from ISTE's publication, ISTE Update, the Conference Calendar contains a fairly comprehensive listing of upcoming Ed-Tech conferences and workshops, up to the year 2000.
