Keeping Current includes - Today's Distance Education Headlines daily updates from news services, newsletters, online media and other worldwide sources, focusing on distance education and related topics. - Articles,Bibliographies and Resources collections of articles, online journals, email discussion groups, full text resources, publications and other types references helpful to researchers. - Conferences database of worldwide conferences arranged both alphabetically by conference name or chronologically by date of event; also includes calls and proceedings. - Funding information relating to funding opportunities and sources, foundations, and searchable grants databases. - Legislation summaries of primarily U.S. legislation as well as links to other government sites; links to sources addressing the issues of the Telecommunications Act of 1996; also Wisconsin legislative links. - Wisconsin News includes statewide networks, sites, programs, initiatives, committee minutes, etc. The Distance Education Clearinghouse is being updated continually. New links are being added on a daily basis, especially in areas such as Keeping Current, Places and Services , and Conferences.
