Description :The ERIC Clearinghouse on Educational Management (ERIC/CEM) is an information processing and analysis center that prepares ERIC database information related to educational management and other topics of interest to educational policymakers, school administrators, researchers, and other personnel. The Clearinghouse's scope includes all aspects of the governance, leadership, administration, and structure of public and private educational organizations at the elementary and secondary levels and the provision of facilities for their operation. Full text of a growing number of publications online are offered at no charge. For example, ERIC Digests summarize literature in a convenient question-and-answer format. Research Roundup is a series of research summaries distributed to members of the National Association of Elementary School Principals. The ERIC Information Newsletter tells about new products and projects. In addition, a huge amount of dynamic contents are provided, such as Online Directory of Organizations and our Publications catalog. A new Trends & Issues section is also added. In-Process Abstracts are the resumes of documents and journal articles recently processed before they appear in the ERIC database.
